This is a full six-sided encasement, waterproof, zip-closure, acts as a bed bug barrier, and it is washable too.

Why it's required — not optional

All RentAMatt mattresses are precision-built products. The encasement protector is the single most effective way to keep the mattress in hygienic, rental-grade condition throughout the agreement — protecting you from warranty concerns, and ensuring the mattress can be properly inspected, re-rented, donated, or recycled at the end of the term.

This is a one-off upfront cost only. It is never charged again — not weekly, not annually, not at renewal — and it is yours to keep and reuse at the end of your agreement.

What it protects against

Six-sided full encasement

Zips fully around the entire mattress — top, bottom, and all four sides. Nothing gets in. Nothing gets out.

Waterproof

A full waterproof barrier layer prevents liquid, moisture, and sweat from reaching the mattress surface.

Washable

Machine washable. Can be removed, laundered, and refitted throughout the agreement for ongoing freshness and hygiene.

Bed bug barrier

The zip-encasement design is specifically engineered to prevent bed bug ingress or egress — a level of protection standard covers cannot provide.

Hygienic throughout

Protects against allergens, dust mites, and everyday wear — keeping the mattress in rental-grade condition for the full agreement term.

Yours to keep

At the end of your rental agreement, the protector is yours. It does not need to be returned with the mattress.

Unlike many mattress protectors, this encasement is fully machine washable. Remove it, wash it, refit it. Throughout your entire rental period — and beyond — you can maintain a fresh, hygienic sleeping surface without replacing the protector.
