RentAMatt is a UK mattress rental service.
We provide mattress rental services with simple weekly payments. All products are supplied new at the start of each agreement.
By placing an order, you enter into a rental (hire) agreement. You are renting the product — you do not own the product unless you choose to purchase it.
This agreement is not a regulated credit agreement under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
All goods remain the property of RentAMatt unless purchased in full. We may recover goods in the event of non-payment or breach of agreement.
You agree to keep goods clean and hygienic, use a mattress protector at all times, and avoid damage, staining, or misuse. "Good condition" means free from stains, contamination, or damage beyond normal domestic use. Charges may apply if this condition is not met.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods (inspection right only). Due to hygiene, mattresses must remain sealed and unused — once opened or used, items cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The agreement is a minimum 12-month term. Early termination requires return of goods and payment of all outstanding amounts due. No refunds are given for unused time.
You may purchase the product at any time at a fixed buyout price or the remaining balance. Rental payments do not contribute toward ownership.
At the end of your agreement, you may continue renting, upgrade, replace, or purchase your mattress.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This agreement is governed by English law.
